About

Hi. My name is Tina, and I have a passion for sourcing antique, vintage and interesting items of furniture. I love bringing them back to life, so they can be used and enjoyed by the next generation.

My favourite pieces to work on are “Modern Vintage” and “Danish Design”.

Some years ago I took my City & Guilds Certificate in Home Interior Design, and have never lost my love of creating wonderful items, with a focus on the use of colour, texture and style.

I have also trained and qualified through the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishings (AMUSF). This has enabled me to blend my passion for interiors with practical skills to deliver something unique for my clients.

More recently, I completed a 12 month course in “Forwarding Upholstery Development” governed by “The Guild of Traditional Upholsterers” where I was able to design, develop and upholster my own piece of furniture using traditional upholstery techniques. This course has boosted my confidence and kick started a desire to create my own furniture designs.

All of my pieces are made with the appropriate traditional or modern upholstery techniques using quality materials that all comply with the 1988 UK Fire Safety Regulations.

I am happy to take on bespoke commissions, so please do contact me if you have a project you would like to discuss.
